  • As day-of coordinator we organize and implement the logistics of your wedding starting the final weeks leading up to it.

    We make sure that all the hard work spent on months of planning runs exactly how you envisioned. This is ideal for the couple who wants to enjoy their wedding day to the fullest and not worry about the nitty gritty details of the day. The day-of coordinator, unlike a full service planner, starts two weeks prior to your event date and concludes at the end of your reception. We become the point of contact for all your established vendors, manage site visits, attend your rehearsal, and run the show. This service is available for a $45-$65/hour rate depending on party size. A 10 hour wedding day minimum is required.

    Full-Service Wedding Planner and Day-of Coordinator


    With over 5 years in wedding planning and coordinating experience, we have built quite a list of vendor relationships. When selecting Day-of Coordinator services, you have the option of upgrading to full wedding planning service. The hourly rate applies to our vendor outreach and coordination services. This includes setting up appointments, booking vendors, reviewing contracts and deposits, placing orders, tracking and receiving RSVPs, and more. Whether it be gathering your bridal party for a fitting, cake tasting, or setting up bridal glam trials, you won't be disappointed at how efficient and stress free this process is!

  • The following is a summary of all of the tasks the day-of coordinator takes on the day of your wedding. Planning timeline is similar to different types of events and not just exclusive to weddings.


    Meet with bride and groom to create itinerary together. Coordinator is introduced to vendors and becomes new point of contact. Site visits are made.


    Finalize details with bride, groom, and vendors. Itinerary is shared with all vendors with arrival times and important addresses (ceremony, reception, hotel, etc.)


    Attend wedding rehearsal and assist officiator if need be.


    Facilitate hair and make-up, florists, and photographer arrival times. Make personal deliveries.


    Ensure ceremony site is decorated as envisioned by bride and groom. Ensure vendor arrival time is punctual and set up to start on cue. Set up programs. Serve as key communicator between bride and groom.


    Ensure reception site is decorated as envisioned by bride and groom. Ensure vendor arrival time is punctual and set to start on cue. Arrange seating cards and guest book. Set up table numbers according to guest seating chart. Ensure proper flow of the evening. Help guest find seating cards. Cue bride and groom entrance. Cue toasts. Distribute final payments to vendors at the end of the evening. Pack up gifts, money cards, and personal reception items. Remain accessible for bride and groom.

    Duties of the day-of coordinator are not limited to this list. This package includes one complimentary planning session and consultation. $100 deposit due day of initial planning session and signing of contract. Remaining balance due on event date.
